Booking Classes or Events: Useful information and Payment Terms
- We use Whoozin to manage the attendee list of our events and classes. It is important to reserve your place, to avoid disappointment, as some events get booked up very quickly.
- IMPORTANT: For any paid event, your place is ONLY guaranteed once you have made your payment online via bank transfer to account 3201.08.90313. Be sure to reference your name and event details (as instructed on each event entry).
- There will always be a payment deadline of 2 weeks prior to the event date. NOTE: It can take around 3 days for money to be transferred, so we recommend you make the payment in time.
- The Activity Coordinator will aim to send out a reminder for payment 3 weeks prior, but are not obliged to extend this deadline for members who cannot meet it.
- Reimbursements will not be given to members who cancel after payment; it is up to the member to find someone who may want to take her spot. (Note: member is welcome to use Facebook or contact the Activity Coordinator in case there is a waiting list of interested participants.)
