Booking Classes or Events: Useful information and Payment Terms
- We use Whoozin to manage the attendee list of our events and classes. It is important to reserve your place, to avoid disappointment, as some events get booked up very quickly.
- IMPORTANT: For any paid event, your place is ONLY guaranteed once you have made your payment online via bank transfer to account 3201.08.90313, or by VIPPS to 531736. Be sure to reference your name and event details (as instructed on each event entry).
- There will always be a payment deadline of 2 weeks prior to the event date. NOTE: It can take around 3 days for bank transfers, so we recommend you make the payment as soon as you sign up on Whoozin.
- The Event Manager will aim to send out a reminder for payment 3 weeks prior, but is not obliged to extend this deadline for members who cannot meet it.
- Reimbursements will not be given to members who cancel after payment; it is up to the member to find someone who may want to take his/her spot. (Note: member is welcome to use Facebook or contact the Event Manager in case there is a waiting list of interested participants.)
